  • Deposits for custom projects are non-refundable once development has started.
5. Intellectual Property
  • All source code, designs, and content created by Punno Enterprise remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
  • After full payment, ownership rights will be transferred as per the project agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
  • Punno Enterprise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
  • We are not responsible for third-party service outages, hosting failures, or external cyber-attacks.
